PCP ROTOR

The rotor is the moving component of a PCP and is held from the surface by the drive string,which is typically a conventional or continuous sucker rod. The amount or degree of interferencefit is critica! to the efficiency and life expectancyof the pum p. lnterference fit is changed bychoosing different rotor minor diameter.
Product performance and advantages:
• The raw material is made of high-strength alloy steel to meet the maximum strength;
• Each rotor specification provides more than ten small rotor diameters to meet the interference fit requirements of various pumps, to improving the efficiency and service life of the PCP. The displacement range of the PCP is from 3 m3/d to 200m3/d (@1 Oürpm);
• Use the best chrome plating supplier to guarantee the chrome quality and extend the rotors service life.
