Size available from 3/4" to 1-1/2"Polish rod is available through 3rd parties on which we are doing quality control before delivering to end users.We can also provide tungstened sucker rod which is specially designed for anti-corrosion and wear-res1stencepurpose
• The rod will be first shot blasted before EMI to make sure all rod surface is 100% qualified,
• 10 rolls automatic straightener which can make the straightness less than 0.5mm/m;
• Use Robotic arms to guarantee the good quality of forged ends;
• Use imported shot peening equipment to improve the rod fatigue strength,
• The fully automatic TIR inspection table will guarantee the whole rod body be inspected, the straightness canachieve 1.7mm/304.8mm which is much better than API standard;
• The automatic painting system will paint and dry the rod perfectly
